ComplyWise is a Compliance OS: one workspace where a regulated business keeps its compliance documentation organized, verified, screened, and ready to share. Instead of juggling folders, spreadsheets, and point tools, your team works from a single source of truth.
What's inside
KYB records & verification. Every business entity you manage gets a KYB record: a structured checklist of the documents banks, PSPs, and regulators ask for. Uploads are read automatically, run through verification checks, and tracked for expiry, so you always know how audit-ready you are. When a counterparty asks for your KYB package, you send a permissioned link instead of a ZIP file.
Relationships and audits. A workspace-wide register of the customers, suppliers, payment providers, banks, and partners your entities deal with, screened once and cited everywhere. When an auditor sends a request list, an audit pack tracks every item, the evidence submitted against it (pinned to the version you sent), the thread with the auditor, and the corrective action plan rated with your own risk rubric.
Risk screening. Screen companies, their owners and directors, and counterparties against sanctions, PEP, and watchlist data from our screening data provider, and screen crypto wallet addresses for risk exposure. Results come back as clear risk bands with the evidence behind each match, and your team records the review decision on every hit.
Document Manager & e-sign. A workspace document library with folders, version history, a PDF editor, side-by-side comparison, a contract builder with reusable templates, and native e-signature: send a document for signing, track every recipient, and receive a signed copy with a certificate of completion.
Legal AI Co-pilot. An AI assistant for compliance and legal work: ask questions grounded in your own documents and curated regulator material, run AI reviews across sets of documents, draft answers to due diligence questionnaires, and search your document set clause by clause. Answers cite their sources so you can verify them.
Modules are enabled per workspace
Not every workspace has every module switched on. Your sidebar shows the modules available to you: the ones your workspace has enabled, that your administrator granted you, and that your role can use.
If you open a section and see a page saying the feature is not enabled for your workspace, that is expected: it means the module has not been switched on for you yet. Contact the platform team (or support@complywise.io) to ask about enabling it.
