This is the full list of events that reach your notification bell and inbox. Every kind can be muted per channel (in-app or email) from your preferences, and you only ever hear about things you're allowed to see: documents and entities outside your access never appear.

| Envelope expiring | An envelope with signatures outstanding is a few days from expiry | The sender, and outstanding signers by email |

Notes on timing
- Bursty events are grouped: repeated uploads through the same collection link, or repeated comments from the same signer, notify once and then go quiet for a while instead of pinging per file or per message.
- Each expiry alert fires once per document per threshold. A renewed document (new file, new expiry date) re-arms its alerts.
- Monthly credit pools warn again each period; the 100% warning for a fixed pool fires once.
Channels
Most events deliver both in-app (the bell) and by email; either channel can be muted per event kind. External parties (signers, upload recipients) are reached by email only, since they have no workspace to see a bell in.
