An invitation, signing link, or notification email that should have arrived hasn't. Check these causes in order.
Spam or quarantine
All mail comes from ComplyWise via its own sending domain. Check your spam folder and, in corporate environments, your mail quarantine; new senders often land there first.
Corporate mail filtering
Company mail gateways sometimes hold or drop mail from senders they don't know. Ask your IT team to allow-list the ComplyWise sending address; one allow-list entry fixes every future email.
Notification emails are muted
Notification emails can be muted per kind. Check the Notifications tab on your profile: each notification type has separate in-app and email switches, and a muted kind still appears in the in-app bell but never sends mail.
E-sign recipients without a recorded email
A signing recipient is only emailed if the sender recorded an email address for them. If none was recorded, ComplyWise never sends anything: the sender is expected to pass the signing link along themselves. Ask the sender to add your email to the envelope, or to send you the link directly.
Share-link one-time codes
Waiting on a 6-digit code to open a document package? Check spam first, then use Resend code on the page. Codes are limited to one a minute per address and ten a day per link, and each one expires after 10 minutes and works once. If the page says codes cannot be sent, email is not configured on the sender's installation; contact the company that shared the link and ask them to send the documents another way.
Still nothing?
Contact support@complywise.io with the approximate time and the email type; delivery can be checked from the sending side.
